What is SauceFit?
SauceFit is an original dance fitness program designed by professional dancers for anyone who loves to dance with the goal of losing weight. Each SauceFit class includes a cardio warm-up followed by a special choreographed piece that all class members will have the opportunity to perform in front of the class while being recorded.

1ST CLASS THEME (DAY 1): Beyrobics
2ND CLASS THEME (DAY 2): New Jack Swing
Expect to sweat during the start of your class with a cardio intense workout. This is followed by the class choreographer teaching you a simple, short piece to perform with the rest of the class. At the end of class, you'll be paired in groups to perform in front of the rest of class and be recorded to share with your friends on social media.
